More Information 'Summer’s over, but don’t tell German-based, funk-jazz duo Groovaz, who seem intent on making their free-spirited vibes last forever with intoxicating grooves and a mix of silky soul and sunny, drive-time jams on their debut EP Ocean Drive
GROOVAZ is the brainchild of veteran German-born multi-instrumentalist, sound designer and award-winning visual artist and photographer Peter “Brownie” Braunholz, who built a studio and began focusing on Smooth Jazz in the late 2010s. His partner in the venture, the fiery Kazakhstan-born saxophonist Vladimir Strecker, describes meeting Brownie as if “two kindred souls with the same musical taste had met.”
Take the drive and listen for yourself!
